Data Deletion

Rexpack Packaging Machines respects your privacy. If you want us to delete personal data we hold about you — including enquiry records, CRM contact records, or data associated with a Meta / WhatsApp Business connection — follow the steps below.

Full details of how we process data are in our Privacy Policy.

1. Email info@rexpack.in with the subject line "Delete My Data".
2. Include your full name and the email address, phone number, or WhatsApp number used with Rexpack or the connected Meta app.
3. Optionally include any Meta user ID, Business Account details, or other identifiers that help us locate your records.

Email a deletion request

After verifying your identity, we will delete or anonymise:

• Website enquiry and correspondence records linked to you
• CRM contact / lead profiles and related conversation history where feasible
• Stored Meta / WhatsApp access tokens and connected asset references for your account connection, where applicable

We may retain limited records where Indian law requires it (for example tax or dispute records), or where deletion would impair security logs needed for a short retention period.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. We will confirm by email once the request has been processed.

Independently of contacting us, you can remove app access from Meta:

1. Open Meta Business Suite or your Facebook settings for Business Integrations.
2. Find the Rexpack / connected application.
3. Select Remove / Revoke to disconnect access tokens immediately.

After revoking access, still email us if you also want stored CRM copies of your data deleted.
